Refund policy

We do not accept returns as these items are all handmade and made to order. If you would like to return the item because it arrived damaged or incorrect then please do contact us via the contact form on the site or email us direct at ChloeSaurasCrafts@hotmail.com. Proof of damage will be required. 

If you are returning an item it must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need a proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will instruct you with how to send it and where. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If an item is returned due to customs/import charges not being paid or the item was never collected, we are not responsible for paying for shipping for the item to be resent. Please get in contact with us to rearrange shipping. If an item is returned to us for any reason stated above we will only refund the item NOT the shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it. If we hear nothing within 24 hours of receipt then we will assume everything is correct and no refunds or returns will be accepted. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
